We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of California.

11. Tours

As a participant of our tours, such as the TOXIC TOUR, you hereby grant the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to publish, distribute, exhibit, or otherwise use any photographs and videos that FG4EHED has taken or may have taken of you. You agree to release the photographer from all claims, demands, and liabilities concerning the photographs and understand that the images may be modified in any manner, and subsequently waive any right to inspect or approve any final product that uses such photographs. As a participant in our tour, you acknowledge that any such images may be used without limitation in print publications, online publications, websites, and social media. You agree to waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs taken. Waivers and exemptions can be signed in person prior to tour start.

Note: we will contact tour participants within 72 hours of website form submissions to confirm reservations. If FG4EHED does not receive a followup reply within 48 hours of us reaching out via email, voice mail or text, that reservation will be forfeited to insure fair allocation of seating and to meet the high demand for our Toxic Tour. Please insure that you are able to receive confirmation replies from us through your phone or email.

A maximum reservation limit of 4 seats will be enforced along with an age limit of 9+ years.

The impoverished, isolated and largely African American neighborhoods didn’t always have the dubious distinction of being San Francisco’s outhouse. Until a revamping of the city’s sewer system in the 1970s, only 20 percent of the city’s sewage went to the area’s Southeast Water Pollution Control Plant. Since the revamp, residents there have beseeched the city to do something about the plant’s odor and the unfair sewage burden placed on them with more sewage to come.
